SimmoSalt.co.uk sought a new e-commerce website to launch their water softener products. In the early stages of the research phase, I analysed competitors' websites to determine how SimmoSalt could be more user-friendly for potential customers.
After completing the wireframes and conducting extensive user testing, I progressed to developing high-fidelity layouts. These included designs for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile responsive breakpoints to ensure a consistent experience regardless of the end user's device of choice.
One of the biggest challenges was creating an e-commerce experience that allowed customers to customise some of the products offered on the website.
The end result was a website that gave SimmoSalt a distinct identity and encouraged customers to return because they loved the experience.
